Welcome to The Mimistry! I'm Mimi, the owner and founder. My journey toward a healthier lifestyle began in 2014 when I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. After struggling with traditional approaches, I discovered the Paleo lifestyle—gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and refined sugar-free. This diet completely transformed my health, inspiring me to create something meaningful from my passion for baking.

In 2016, I turned my dream into reality by starting The Mimistry with a humble market stall in southern Sydney. My handmade, allergen-free baked goods quickly gained popularity among customers who were seeking indulgent yet guilt-free treats. From there, I expanded into a professional kitchen, and today, The Mimistry proudly supplies health food stores and select cafes across Sydney with gourmet delicacies that fit into healthy, allergen-friendly diets.
