What products does The Mimistry offer?

We specialise in delicious, health-conscious treats, including gluten-free cakes and other dietary options. Our products are carefully crafted with high-quality ingredients, making them perfect for those who are mindful of what they consume. Are all of your products gluten-free?

Yes, all of our products are gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free, and we also cater to various dietary preferences. You'll find vegan options as well. Be sure to check the product descriptions for specific dietary information.

Do you cater for nut allergies?


Yes, we take nut allergies seriously and do our best to accommodate customers with nut allergies; however, while we aim to minimise risk, our kitchen handles nuts and we cannot guarantee a completely nut-free environment.

Do you offer custom orders for dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! We understand that everyone has unique dietary needs. If you have specific requirements or allergies, contact us, and we can create a custom cake or dessert just for you. Be sure to give us enough lead time to accommodate your request.

Can I pick up from your shop and where
are you based?

Mimistry HQ doesn’t have a shopfront. We operate from a commercial kitchen in Matraville, NSW, and all orders and payments are made online. You can select either pickup or delivery at checkout.

Pickup is available from our kitchen Monday–Wednesday, 9am–5pm.

We currently deliver within:
Sutherland Shire | Bayside | Eastern Suburbs | Inner West (Sat 9am–43pm only) | Liverpool (Sat 9am–3pm only) | North Shore (Sat 9am–3pm only).

Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to the CBD/City or Western Suburbs (some of our clients organise an Uber pickup). If you’re unsure whether you’re within our delivery area, please contact us to confirm.

Where can I find your products to try?

Our treats can be found in Health food stores, and cafes around Sydney. Please check under our Stockists on our website or Instagram highlights link find those Stockists.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our product offerings online, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details, and we’ll handle the rest!

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

How far in advance should I place my order?

For regular items, we recommend placing your order at least 4 days in advance. For custom orders, especially during peak times like the holidays, we suggest at least one week’s notice to ensure we can meet your needs.
